Applications:
Special suction and blast hose inflame-retardant polyurethane resistant to aggressive wood types and wood preservatives, especially suitable: •for the suction of wood dust and wood chips on wood processing machines •for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres and chips •for de-dusting and suction plants •for CNC machines Properties
•conforms to the safety regulations of the GermanWood Trade Association •super-light model •highly flexible + compressible 3:1 •abrasion-proof (abrasion resistance about 2.5 to 5 times better than most rubber materials and about 3 to 4 times better than most soft PVC´s) •high tensile strength and tear resistant •microbe and hydrolysis resistant •good resistance to mineral oils and gasoline •good resistance to chemicals •good resistance to UV and ozone •small bending radius •kink-proof •halogen free •gas and liquid tight •flame-retardant according to: UL94-HB, DIN 4102-B1 •conform to RoHS guideline •according to German TRBS 2153 (formerly BGR 132): capable of electro-static discharge by grounding the spiral, recommended for many applications with the exception of inflammable bulk materials |
